START HOME HUNTING
I am available at any time to help you find your ideal home, utilizing powerful and efficient tools.

SUBMIT YOUR OFFER
When you find the right home, you should present a competitive offer right away.

GO UNDER CONTRACT
When the seller accepts your offer, you “go under contract" and into escrow. Your earnest money gets sent to the title company, and I will get to work on all the particulars.

CONDUCT INSPECTIONS
Within 10 days of the offer being accepted, inspections are performed to ensure the property is right for you.

SIGN AND CLOSE
Bring your driver’s license to the Signing Appointment. Your next steps will be into your new home!

MOVE IN AND ENJOY
The home is yours to love. Make sure to notify important contacts, utilities, etc., of your move.

This is advice I provide to all my clients. I know the ins and outs of the new build process, not just from helping others through it, but also from going through the experience many times myself. A successful new build purchase requires an agent who has a relationship with the builder and can maximize negotiations on your behalf.
I had recently sold their home, which meant they had nowhere to live. I secured temporary housing for six months while their new house was being built. We even had the movers store their furniture, and I curated rented furniture for them to use while they lived in their temporary apartment.
